National Debtline

National Suicide Prevention Alliance
An alliance of organisations in England that care about suicide prevention, take action to reduce suicide and self-harm, and support those bereaved or affected by suicide
The OLLIE Foundation
Set up by parents who have lost a child to suicide, providing intervention training to help stop young people from taking their own lives.

National Domestic Abuse Helpline
Run by Refuge, offering support for women and children. Freephone: 0800 2000 247 (24/7)
The NHS
The NHS operates local mental health helplines throughout the UK; use the link to find yours
Rethink
The largest severe mental illness charity in the UK, offering scenario-based coping strategies and links to other useful services. Freephone 0808 801 0525 9.30am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Support for adult family members of physically or psychologically injured British Armed Forces personnel and veterans
Samaritans

SSFA (The Armed Forces Charity)
Offers support to regulars and reserves in the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines, the British Army and the Royal Air Force and their families- including anyone who has completed National Service
Stay Alive
An app-based suicide prevention resource for the UK, offering lots of information to help you stay safe
The Trussell Trust
The Trust will help you find a local food bank if you’re struggling to afford life’s essentials
