It’s ‘you’ time, it’s outdoors, it’s gentle exercise, and involves as much or as little socialising as you feel comfortable with.

Head out onto a course with others, and there’s a lot of time between shots to talk about life’s ups and downs.

Rather keep to yourself today? Working through a bucket of balls at a driving range, enjoying the brief moments of focus required each time you swing the club, will introduce calm into your schedule.

From new starters to seasoned vets

If you’ve never played and would like to try, we’ll get you started. If you’re already a golfer, we’ll connect you with the uniquely mindful side of the game. And if you just need someone to talk to, mentalitee is here for you.

If you’ve never tried golf before, we offer introductory lessons to new players at no cost.
